supin (1212)

FEW:  supinus 12,444a Gdf: GdfC:  supin 10,727c TL: supin 9,1079 DEAF:  supin  DMF:  supin  TLF:  supin  OED:  supine a. and adv.  MED: DMLBS:  supinus 3322c

The context and Latin original seem to suggest that the word is used in Dial Greg satf with the meaning ‘face down, prostrate’, deviating from the etymological sense of 'face up, lying on one’s back' (cf. sovin).
