noiser1 (c.1136-65)

The form noisser is a cross reference to the following entry:

noiser1 (c.1136-65)

noisier,  noisser,  noyser
FEW:  nausea 7,56a Gdf:  noisier 1 5,517b GdfC: TL: noisier 1 6,733 DEAF:  noise (noisier 1)  / noise (noisir)  DMF:  noiser  TLF: OED:  noise v.  MED:  noisen v.  DMLBS:

This word seem to have a formal and semantic overlap with nuisir, and it is sometimes unclear whether a given citation belongs to one or the other. However, their separate etymological backgrounds (see commentaries of noise1 and nuisir), confirmed by the FEW, as well as Gdf, TL and the OED, justifies the existence of two separate entries.
