The word was included in AND¹ as a deviant form of pascherez. The syntax of the citation suggests the word is a verb on the same level as semier and gard faire but the sense is unclear. It could be understood as a variant form of parker² though the purpose of enclosing the land is unclear. It may be that it should be read as a variant of parceller but again, the purpose of parcelling the land is uncertain. The form is otherwise unattested.
