You may also limit your search to entries that have a citation in a year or range of years. Updating the year box will reset and reload the list of labels to only show those that are found in senses that have a citation in the year or range of years entered.

Search the entries by the language labels that are applied to them in the dictionary. This search brings up entries that are considered loanwords, i.e. words that have been borrowed into Anglo-Norman from another language with little or no modification (e.g. English tenysballe or Latin testudo). The search includes compound words: words that combine an Anglo-Norman term with a loanword (e.g. ancrestock, as a compound of Anglo-Norman ancre and English stock). You may also limit your search to these compound words or exclude them altogether.
This search option does not include the original etymologies of words that have become Anglo-Norman (e.g. topace from Latin topazus and originally Greek τόπαζος will not be tagged as a loanword). Nor does it currently include the foreign spellings of entries that are otherwise not considered to be loanwords (e.g. the variant spelling scrupulum in the entry scruple). It can only investigate borrowing at the level of full entries.
